I received delivery of my new sofa yesterday morning, 28th October and wanted to take a moment to send you feedback.
In short the service that I received from your delivery team, your representatives when I phoned in preparation for the delivery and the two delivery men that came to my house, was excellent.
Our delivery slot was 8 to 10 a.m., and the delivery van arrived at 7:45 a.m. We had not taken down the required internal door, but your delivery men happily volunteered. My new sofa was installed in my sitting room, the door was rehung, and all packaging was cleared up by 8:05 a.m.
We received friendly, professional service and are highly impressed. I will be passing on this feedback to Sleepahh too as I feel it is important to commend good service.

Also, for being so helpful and obliging when I asked if you could return to fix a couple of tiny issues I had with my Lars desk and AV unit. Special thanks to the team in the office and the two guys who came so promptly to do the fixes earlier today. Top marks - I’ll tell Heal’s next time I’m in the Kingston store how happy I’ve been. Dear Customer Services at DRS Deliveries, Wanted to pass on my sincere thanks for very professional and courteous Heals Furniture delivery this morning! The Gentleman were exceptionally kind and careful from the moment of early arrival with great respect for parking and to the property.
A quick survey of the space before bringing in the heavy items, they carefully put the structure of the table together then positioning in the room for me. The Bench and chairs treated equally with thought in placing correctly.
Smaller items also handled with great care. Very much appreciated their time and efforts throughout time spent here. Warmest of all good wishes for Autumn.

Hello there,
My furniture fm Heals was delivered just this morning and I would like to commend Daniel and Slaweck for their work today.
They were proactive, had great attitude and were very efficient in putting the furniture together, as most of the items required assembly. They conducted themselves in a very professional manner and are a real credit to yr company.
I am setting up home in London for the first time (with wonderful help fm Helen at Heals) and hv met my fair share of contractors and delivery staff and I hv to say Daniel and Slaweck stand heads and shoulders above the rest.

After a slight hiccup this morning regarding the delivery of my new Lisbon table I just want to sing the praises of the two gentleman who delivered it . Their names are Nathaniel & Kierre. They told me that the information they had on their paperwork was telling them the delivery was on ground floor when infact it was on the first floor . As it was a very heavy item the boys said they needed extra manpower to deliver the table which was very understandable!
Picking up on my distress they very quickly went into action & sorted out the problem extremely quickly ! I cannot tell you how grateful I was to the boys for sorting this today as we have waited so long for our table .
Can I just say , you have to look after people like this when you find them & let them know on a regular basis basis how much you appreciate their efforts !

I bought a mattress from Heal's who chose this company to deliver it. They told me when I booked the date that I would be contacted the night before with a two hour delivery window. I was.
The delivery time was between 7 and 9am.
At 6.58am the Puppy sat upright very quickly. There was indeed a delivery van outside. When I opened the front door, there were two men stripping off the cardboard packaging in the street.
They navigated the mattress up two flights of stairs, put it in place, unpacked the mattress topper and put that on and departed. The whole thing took 8 minutes. And they were quiet! No loud voices and crashing about. No packaging left behind to deal with.
It's a pity they don't also do plumbing, building, electricals and carpentry because I'd hire them like a shot.
In the 28 years I've owned my house, I've had my share of inefficient workmen. These two were a gift from someone's God.
