I am just writing to say how delightful and helpful both Jack and especially Connor were earlier this morning. They were bang on time at my home at 6.45am and were respectful about socially distancing and also carefully bringing in the parcels. These they unwrapped well and then took away all the rubbish with them too…!

I couldn’t have been happier.

Just to let you know that Bradley and Nathanial delivered my two sofas today.

They were on schedule , very polite, extremely quick and efficient at putting the legs on the sofas, and tidied away all the wrapping in double quick time. They were also very careful in the way they took away my old sofa, and how they brought the new ones into the house.

They arrived in the allotted time, were polite and completed the job swiftly.

We just wanted to share some positive feedback for your delivery drivers:

Bradley and Nathaniel.

They delivered a king-sized mattress for us earlier this week. They were prompt, considerate and hard-working. They had the tricky task of carrying a heavy large mattress up two flights of very narrow stairs.

They were quick and efficient and we were impressed with their work.

Your team delivered our new sofa bed earlier this week and they were brilliant. It was a tricky delivery to undertake and they were super helpful and worked really hard to get the unit into a very tricky position.

Just to let you know your team were excellent. They carried our heavy chest of drawers up to the top floor without hesitation. They were punctual and polite. Thanks very much!

My delivery arrived early this morning. The two guys who delivered my table and chairs were very good, they handled each chair carefully as I have narrow doorways and then put the table together which I hadn’t expected – usually delivery guys are in a hurry to leave. I wanted to let you know what a great service you’ve provided and could this pass on my thanks to these guys, DRS Delivers I believe is their name.
Also the table and chairs are fabulous, I”m always slightly apprehensive when I’ve not seen or been able to try things out before buying them.

Just a quick note to say how good the deliverymen were today. Everything about their operation and was professional, neat, tidy, polite and efficient. I could have been in Japan! The bed is superb.
